We returned to Emilia Romagna, Italy, for yet a fourth visit. And, we returned to stay at Corte San Ruffillo, a luxury Italian country resort near Forli.
What is Zero KM Cuisine
We sat down with the owner of Corte San Ruffillo, Sara Vespignani, to talk about the history and renovation of this lovely resort. But, we also chatted about their restaurant, which has offered us some of the best meals we’ve had in Italy. We talked about Chef Emanuele, and the dishes he made for us. We talk about their dedication to farm to table cuisine, or Zero KM cuisine, and their amazing Italian winery.
