Introducing Chef Michael Hogan
We get a little giddy every time we meet a chef. It was no different when we sat down with Chef Michael Hogan from the JW Marriott Bangkok to talk Thai food and more.
We actually interviewed Chef Hogan for an article I am writing for JW Marriott magazine (out in July!). I asked him if we could sit down and chat for a few minutes to ask just a couple of questions about Bangkok street food going upmarket, or HiSo as they say in Bangkok.
Next thing you know, we are talking Thai food with Chef Hogan for well over an hour. That’s just what happens when we meet chefs, particularly ones who are as passionate about food as we are.
