We were on our way to Nikki Beach Koh Samui, to spend a few days with Scott and some other friends when Scott started tweeting about National Donut Day. I saw the tweets having no idea what he had in mind, and I don’t think he did either.
This podcast tells the story of how we celebrated National Donut Day at Nikki Beach Koh Samui, courtesy of their amazing chef, Mr. Julian Pou. It’s our first interview on the podcast as we hear straight from Chef Julian’s mouth how he rose to Scott’s challenge.
