This podcast could be about 12 hours long, no kidding. To talk about all of the wonderful foods we ate in Asia during 2015 could take a really, really long time. It was hard for us to come up with a short enough list, but we managed to narrow it down.
Food in Asia
We chose two fancier meals, including one 3 Michelin Star dining experience as some of the best meals we ate in 2015. First, our chef’s table meal at the Courtyard Agra introduced us to some new Indian dishes we had never tried before. Same was true at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong, where we tried abalone for the first time at Lung King Heen.
But, to balance things out, we also chose two very local experiences, including our favorite dim sum in Hong Kong, at Lin Heung Tea House.
And some fab street food in Danang. You can’t go wrong heading out for a night out in Danang and ending up at a place we call “Dirty Chicken.” The reason why we chose these particular meals – the stories behind them, and the people who prepare them. That’s one of the reasons why we love traveling the world on our stomachs.
